I found the location very convenient. It's close to major attractions. the room was clean and well-kept with a comfortable bed. the staff were helpful and provided good service. breakfast offered a nice variety of options, so i enjoyed a good start to my days.
the room temperature was slightly difficult to regulate, but it didn't significantly affect my stay.

The family room offered adequate space. It was clean and well kept. The included breakfast provided a great variety of choices. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The room was quite hot during the night. I couldn't adjust the radiator. Mosquitoes were also present in the room. The windows were open when I arrived.

Excellent Stay Near Rialto
convenient location excellent service historic structure good variety
I found the location convenient near the Rialto Bridge. The staff offered excellent service, especially Ricardo at the front desk. The building features beautiful decorations throughout its historic structure. I appreciated the breakfast. It was fresh and provided a good variety of choices.
The room's air conditioning unit made a noticeable noise during the night.

The location felt perfect, close to major sights. i appreciated the spacious room. It really enhanced our comfort. breakfast offered a variety of options. This made mornings enjoyable.
The room lacked a bit of soundproofing. I could hear some outside noise.

i loved the room! it felt really large. the location was very good. the staff provided great recommendations for places for lunch also dinner. breakfast had a good amount of options for typical breakfast food.
it felt very hot in the room. opening the window let in more noise.

Really good stay!
convenient location easy access comfortable temperature
The hotel provided a convenient location close to important attractions. I appreciated the easy access to both San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. I could reach the 'Fondamente nove Sta. ' for Murano Island with a short walk. The renovated 13th-century building maintained cool, comfortable temperatures indoors, a welcome relief from the heat.
While the hotel was lovely overall, i found the absence of a lift inconvenient. Ceilings in the historic building were high, and accessing rooms beyond the first floor proved challenging.

i really enjoyed how clean the room was. it was immaculate. also, every staff member was friendly. they were also polite and informative. the location was great too!
The room got unbelievably hot. opening the window made the noise unbearable. plus, the doors are quite thin, i could hear everything. the bed wasn't the best. I could feel the springs in the mattress.
